Article 19 of the UN Human Rights Charter explicitly states: "Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without
interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers."
First Wave: Expiration of 2001 and 2003 Tax Relief
In 2001 and 2003, the GOP Congress enacted several tax cuts for investors, small business owners, and families. These will all expire on January 1, 2011:
Personal income tax rates will rise. The top income tax rate will rise from 35 to 39.6 percent (this is also the rate at which two-thirds of small business profits are taxed). The lowest rate will rise from 10 to 15 percent. All the rates in between will also rise. Itemized deductions and personal exemptions will again phase out, which has the same mathematical effect as higher marginal tax rates. The full list of marginal rate hikes is below:
- The 10% bracket rises to an expanded 15%
- The 25% bracket rises to 28% (most of us are in these 2 tax brackets)
- The 28% bracket rises to 31%
- The 33% bracket rises to 36%
- The 35% bracket rises to 39.6%
Higher taxes on marriage and family. The “marriage penalty” (narrower tax brackets for married couples) will return from the first dollar of income. The child tax credit will be cut in half from $1000 to $500 per child. The standard deduction will no longer be doubled for married couples relative to the single level. The dependent care and adoption tax credits will be cut.
The return of the Death Tax. This year, there is no death tax. For those dying on or after January 1 2011, there is a 55 percent top death tax rate on estates over $1 million. A person leaving behind two homes and a retirement account could easily pass along a death tax bill to their loved ones.
Higher tax rates on savers and investors. The capital gains tax will rise from 15 percent this year to 20 percent in 2011. The dividends tax will rise from 15 percent this year to 39.6 percent in 2011. These rates will rise another 3.8 percent in 2013.
The “Medicine Cabinet Tax” Thanks to Obamacare, Americans will no longer be able to use health savings account (HSA), flexible spending account (FSA), or health reimbursement (HRA) pre-tax dollars to purchase non-prescription, over-the-counter medicines (except insulin).
The “Special Needs Kids Tax” This provision of Obamacare imposes a cap on flexible spending accounts (FSAs) of $2500 (Currently, there is no federal government limit). There is one group of FSA owners for whom this new cap will be particularly cruel and onerous: parents of special needs children. There are thousands of families with special needs children in the United States, and many of them use FSAs to pay for special needs education. Tuition rates at one leading school that teaches special needs children in Washington, D.C. (National Child Research Center) can easily exceed $14,000 per year. Under tax rules, FSA dollars can be used to pay for this type of special needs education.
The HSA Withdrawal Tax Hike. This provision of Obamacare increases the additional tax on non-medical early withdrawals from an HSA from 10 to 20 percent, disadvantaging them relative to IRAs and other tax-advantaged accounts, which remain at 10 percent.
Third Wave: The Alternative Minimum Tax and Employer Tax Hikes
When Americans prepare to file their tax returns in January of 2011, they’ll be in for a nasty surprise—the AMT won’t be held harmless, and many tax relief provisions will have expired. The major items include:
The AMT will ensnare over 28 million families, up from 4 million last year. According to the left-leaning Tax Policy Center, Congress’ failure to index the AMT will lead to an explosion of AMT taxpaying families—rising from 4 million last year to 28.5 million. These families will have to calculate their tax burdens twice, and pay taxes at the higher level. The AMT was created in 1969 to ensnare a handful of taxpayers.
Small business expensing will be slashed and 50% expensing will disappear. Small businesses can normally expense (rather than slowly-deduct, or “depreciate”) equipment purchases up to $250,000. This will be cut all the way down to $25,000. Larger businesses can expense half of their purchases of equipment. In January of 2011, all of it will have to be “depreciated.”
Taxes will be raised on all types of businesses. There are literally scores of tax hikes on business that will take place. The biggest is the loss of the “research and experimentation tax credit,” but there are many, many others. Combining high marginal tax rates with the loss of this tax relief will cost jobs.
Tax Benefits for Education and Teaching Reduced. The deduction for tuition and fees will not be available. Tax credits for education will be limited. Teachers will no longer be able to deduct classroom expenses. Coverdell Education Savings Accounts will be cut. Employer-provided educational assistance is curtailed. The student loan interest deduction will be disallowed for hundreds of thousands of families.
Charitable Contributions from IRAs no longer allowed. Under current law, a retired person with an IRA can contribute up to $100,000 per year directly to a charity from their IRA. This contribution also counts toward an annual “required minimum distribution.” This ability will no longer be there.

It is also an important day for all nations and all peoples in that the Declaration of Independence made by our American forefathers was the first written attempt to define the natural longings and rights of a people for independence and true freedom.
The fundamental idea is that each and every people has the right to a government that represents their interests, their heritage and their values. It is the idea that government must be devoted first to the welfare of its own people, not other nations or any entity. Today that concept would reject control of America by Israel or by multi-national corporations that have no loyalty to the people of the United States.
Today of course, America has lost its Independence. Our political structure is dominated by a few extremists among a mere 2 percent of the population. The most powerful lobby in the Congress of the United States is the Jewish Lobby and it is composed of
AIPAC and a myriad of Jewish political campaign funding organizations. Imagine that the most powerful lobby in the American Government is devoted to the exclusive interests of the foreign state of Israel and the perceived interests of a people comprising just 2 percent of the American people rather than the other 98 percent.
AIPAC is but one visible sign of this power. It can be seen in many other expressions. An example is the fact that the largest corporate campaign donations among both candidates in the last election for president were dominated by Jewish-controlled International banks and financial entities. A perfect example is Obama's largest corporate contributor: the criminal Goldman Sachs. On The Official Website of Representative David Duke, PhD I also show articles from Jewish publications such as the JTA (Jewish Telegraph Agency) and Haaretz showing that the three largest political contributors in America are Jews with a deep allegiance to Israel. And I show how even the Washington Post tells us that over 50 percent of the large campaign contributors to both the Democratic and Republican party are Jewish.
We see this alien power in the most powerful financial institution in the world today: the Federal Reserve. Ben Shalom Bernanke and Alan Greenspan represent decades of this control. Note how this is the one appointment by the President that seems to go on and regardless of the party in power. As Baron Rothschild said, "Give me the power to coin a nation's money and I care not who makes the laws." If control of our money is not independent and not dedicated to the great majority of the American people rather than International Financial Corporations, then our nation surely can't be dedicated to the interests of our people.
Our lack of Independence and freedom can also be shown in the fact that the media in America is thoroughly controlled by this same alien entity designed to keep us ignorant of our lack of Independence and the fact that we have been politically and socially conquered. Of course we have not been conquered by armies, but by stealth and subversion.
In Hollywoodism: Jews, Movies and the American Dream, Jewish film producers Elliot Halpern & Simcha Jacobvici Productions made a documentary that tells how Jews overcame the Gentile filmmakers such as Thomas Edison and D.W. Griffith, and gradually replaced their traditional American themes. They interview Jewish author Neil Gabler, who frankly tells how these non-Americans replaced the “real” America.
"They created their own America, an America which is not the real America…But ultimately this shadow America becomes so popular and so widely disseminated that its images and its values come to devour the real America. And so the grand irony of all of Hollywood — is that Americans come to define themselves by the shadow of America that was created by the Eastern European Jewish immigrants who weren’t permitted in the precincts of the real America."
On this Independence Day we must re-dedicate ourselves to the restoration of the real America, to our true Independence as a people, as a nation. Such is the right of all people on the Earth, and we deserve that right. But that right is not freely accorded. As our forefathers recognized, we must work, sacrifice and even sometimes fight for that right.
It is ironic that restoring our Independence for America has also become critical for the Independence of all people all over the world. For a Zionist-controlled America is now the biggest force for not only unending war, but also the globalism that wants to crush every expression of independence and freedom in the name of globalism. The Hollywood takeover has had a horrific affect not only on our own values, it has led countless tens of millions of people around the world to degeneracy, drugs, and dissolution of the family. It has glorified violence, brutality, coarseness, incivility and immorality. It has promoted a globalist economy and mindset of endless greed as exampled in the BP disaster in the Gulf, the same emerald water that I swam in as a child, waters that were once pure and unsullied. In the name of mammon our air and water has been fouled, and this globalist system based on greed has corrupted Nature rather than allowed us to live in harmony with it.
As it has corrupted Nature, it has corrupted even our own bodies as obesity, ill health and disease are world wide epidemics nurtured by the sickness of this New World Order. It even seeks to undo hundreds of thousands of years of evolution that has given mankind its diversity and unique expressions. We Europeans recognize the existential threat to our people.
America is the most powerful nation on Earth. We must become once more Independent and a force for freedom rather than for a soulless New World Order of destruction of both humanity's health and diversity., and the very health of the Earth itself.
So today I speak for the American people with a voice that says: rise up and restore your independence.
Re-dedicate yourself from this day forward to independence and freedom for the American people, an independence not only vital for ourselves and our children, but for every people on the Earth and even for our Mother Earth itself.
If there is one single fact that all Americans need to know, it is this.
Every single American who died “defending” his country in the various wars of 20th century did not die for the purpose of defending his country. They all died needlessly because they were really fighting for the Jewish bankers who arranged all these wars for the purpose of making money, and not for “fighting for freedom,” “establishing democracy,” nor any of those other lofty excuses.
World War I was made possible by the creation of the Federal Reserve system in the United States, in which corruption of American politicians by Jewish money led to a suspiciously passed law that allowed that small cadre of Jewish bankers — who still own the Federal Reserve to this very day — to charge us money for a process that we already own, as guaranteed by our now-destroyed Constitution. It is the greatest scam of all time, selling us a process that we already own.
The Jewish Fed charges us twice for something that is already ours. It charges us to make the money that rightfully belongs to us and we should be selling to them, and then it illegally taxes us on that portion of the money we do get, thereby biting us twice.
This arrangement has always been approved by our nation’s media, because they are all owned by the same Jewish criminals who print our money and charge us for it. And this is what very few people realize. It takes literally decades for those of us who have transcended the BS and realize the horrible scam that has been foisted on us all these years, and now, 2010, has just about completely destroyed our once-great country.
Once upon a time, American stood for liberty and justice for all. Today, America stands for mindless slaughter of those who will not knuckle under to the new conditions of economic slavery it attempts to impose upon the world in the name of our Jewish masters — Rothschild, Rockefeller, Schiff, Lehman, Goldman and Sachs. And these are the people — all Jewish — who have owned every American president since the Federal Reserve was passed, and many presidents before that as well.
Who is it that runs our government today? The same people who have run the U.S. government throughout the 20th century, who have chosen the candidates of both parties, created trivial but emotional issues to absorb our attention, and distracted us from what we really should be paying attention to.
The Jewish czars who operated the American government while cloaked in media subterfuge are vaguely familiar names: Samuel Untermeyer (who bribed President Wilson), Bernard Baruch (who pulled the strings for a sequence of American presidents for more than a half century), and Henry Kissinger (who still is the chief operations officer for the World Sanhedrin in the Western Hemisphere despite being a wanted criminal in many countries).
Today and for the last several decades, the operational apparatus that runs our White House is totally Jewish. Look at today’s lineup. Rahm Emanuel, chief adviser to the American president, is the son of an Irgun terrorist who vacations in Israel to chat with the Mossad, for whom his mother worked. The U.S. Congress is 100 percent Israeli territory, and gives more than 50 percent of its foreign aid to Israel.
All of these people are guilty of treason, for their obvious complicity in the takeover of the USA by a foreign power. And not just Israel, but the world Jewish financial octopus.
The operational apparatus for American presidents has been increasingly Jewish throughout the 20th century, and these are the people who choose the targets that the worldwide Jewish financial monster decides to destroy. Eventually, the pawn states it uses to do its dirty work are eventually destroyed too, and that is what’s happening right now in the United States of America.
And all the while, most Americans still believe that their vote counts, that if something is wrong with our government, we need only send a petition to our Congresspeople, and they will make it right. How foolish. How the Jews laugh at us. They laugh at all the once-free peoples of the world, and they do it openly. They pass laws to make criticizing Jews illegal, and the sheeple pretend not to notice, absorbed as they are with sports championships and Dancing With The Stars (a popular TV show).
Now, the sheeple, particularly in Florida, pretend to not to know they are dying, that they are being killed by the very people they trusted and put in power. This is the power of Jewish media. We cheer for the very people who are going to kill us without a second thought.
And even knowing this, there is no revolution. How disgusting. How disgusting the American people, and all the free peoples of the world, cannot even perceive that scam that is being run on them by the psychopaths with no conscience known as Jews. How disgusting and cowardly and pathetic.
Some people talk about venting the wrath of the world for this perfidy on the new axis of evil: the U.S., Britain and Israel. I would venture to say that it is the sleeping people who are responsible for this. People who regard themselves as loyal Americans, Brits or — I can’t say for sure if there are any responsible people in Israel; I can only hope against hope that there are — sincere patriots in other countries controlled by the Jewish World Bank — these are the people who are really responsible for letting the Jews get away with all these scams for so long — yes, I’m talking about you and me!
The evidence is there. Yes, it has been suppressed, but it is still there if you look for it (like, on my website, and the many other good websites).
But that’s not what we chose to do. As soon as we had a modicum of security in our hands, we turned away from our responsibilities to preserve and elevate life, and disappeared into our own trivial and meaningless pursuits, neglecting to notice that our prosperity and our seeming tranquility was based on a foundation of ugly mass murder and exploitation, all for a few more pieces of silver by which we could even further insulate ourselves from reality.
But if one single thing dominates the lessons of world history, it is the law of karma. As the poisoned oil cascades from the hole to hell in the Gulf of Mexico, and birds fall into the sea with one last gasp of incredulity, the President of the United States stands on the oily shore and pronounces “We will make everything better than before!”
He must be talking about the Jewish robotworld that is being created by the lies of mainstream media and other methods, a world in which everything is dead, in which love no longer exists, and in which only the ringing of the deadly cash register can be heard echoing down the hollow prefab corridors of fear.

Should we toss out our toilet paper because David Duke recommends it?

Since his political race for the U.S. Senate in the 90s, I have noted the controversial politics of David Duke, a former member of the House of Representatives in Louisiana. He is a man the media chronically labels a “white supremacist.” (Though he vehemently denies it). I also used that label in an article I wrote about him 15 years ago.
Though a fascinating personality, he is not a man I am inclined to invite for tea. But, I read his website originally for a diversion much like one would go to a horror movie, yet I have been shocked not by his radicalism, but as a result of looking at his writings and speeches retrospectively. For good or ill, Duke has been a sort of unwashed prophet on some of the biggest issues of the day.
Take for instance:
Duke politically coined the term “Workfare instead of Welfare,” a term that describes a requirement requiring able-bodied welfare recipients to do work for their welfare checks.
Bill Clinton later copied Duke’s phrase to bridge the gap between Liberal Democrats and enough conservative Republican voters and gain the U.S. Presidency.
Duke argued as long ago as the early seventies, (long before the immigration tsunami) that massive, unrestrictive immigration into America and Europe would inevitably lead to societal unrest, riots and increased racism and ethnic hatreds, and threats to internal security.
Witness the horrendous riots in East London and Paris. Witness the purveyors of 911. Witness the recent airline bombing plot by the radical spawns of immigration.
But even more interesting have been his pronouncements on Israel and U.S. Policy.
An opponent of U.S. support for Israel, he argued long before 911 that unconditional support for Israel and the Israeli agenda would lead to hatred and horrendous terrorist attacks against the United States.
Does anyone really believe Bush when he said Al Qaeda attacked America because they hate Democracy?
Before the Iraq War Duke pronounced repeatedly in the world’s media, including a stint on Al Jazeera (which the U.S. State Department tried to prevent), that Saddam had no weapons of mass destruction, no ties to Al Qaeda, no nuclear weapons program. He predicted the war would not be a “cakewalk,” cost many times more than Neocon predictions, and do nothing but fuel hatred and terrorism around the world. Far from fighting terrorism, the war would only foment it, said Duke.
His crystal ball worked on that one.
A recent American poll now says that only 30 percent of Americans support the war and most Americans think the war in Iraq will only increase terrorism around the world.
Perhaps no American politician has spoken so forcefully and for so long against the power of the American Israeli Lobby.
He said long before almost anyone else on the political scene that the Iraq War was “a war for Israel” and not in the interests of the United States.” Because Americans wouldn’t pay the horrendous cost of blood and money in a war for Israel, he argued that the lie of “weapons of mass destruction” was necessary to convince Americans that they were in danger from Iraq.
Just recently, a dean at the most prestigious school of government in the United States, the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, issued a paper titled “Israel and U.S. Foreign Policy.” In it they say what David Duke has been saying for years: that the Israeli lobby controls American foreign policy to the detriment of the United States and that it orchestrated the Iraq War.
As pro-Israel critics of the paper have correctly pointed out, every essential argument of the paper and many of the paper’s sources and citations have been made by David Duke long prior to Walt and Mearsheimer. However, to argue against the paper by pointing out that David Duke has said the same things as Walt and Mearsheimer is, of course, an ad hominem argument that in no way refutes the paper’s thesis. Should we toss out our toilet paper because David Duke recommends it?
In effect, the pro-Israeli critics have not dimmed the academic stars of the Harvard researchers by pointing out that David Duke was way ahead of the curve on the issue. All they have done is to make David Duke’s dubious star shine more brightly, and that is a dangerous achievement. How many fringe political personages can claim to be ahead of the curve of America’s most prestigious university?
Duke, who is now a Phd who lectures on international relations at some prominent Eastern European universities, must relish this recent development. Professor Alan Dershowitz and other Jewish critics of Walt and Mearsheimer have only made Duke’s leadership on the issue known to millions around the world. It has certainly caused thousands of academics to go his controversial website, davidduke.com.
Now, Professor Duke, former XX, the unwashed (he is always introduced with a former something or other), is talking about a Neocon ramp up of an Israeli sponsored war with Iran that he says will have a catastrophic impact on the world in terms of both terrorism and economy the world over.
Once again, as before the Iraq War, a man we claim to be a man of intolerance, preaches a policy of peace. On this issue, perhaps the most important issue before Europe and world since World War II, where are the men and women who claim to be morally superior to him? Have they raised their voices as he has done?
The fact that almost all of our liberal and conservative politicians have been so mute on this issue is an indictment of us, not him.
The fact that man labelled “former Klansman” and every other expletive imaginable — speaks out for peace and reconciliation while so many of us do not — must be a matter of eternal shame to those of us who remain silent.
